He is proceeded in death by his parents Emerson & Geneva Norment. Siblings: Ronald Norment, Renee Norment, Kevin Norment, & Collette Norment.

In cherished memory of Vincent Edward Norment, a beacon of inspiration and entrepreneurial brilliance. Vincent's journey began in the sweet realm of childhood, where his knack for business blossomed, selling candy and pop to siblings with a savvy that foreshadowed his impactful ventures to come.

A titan on the football field, Vincent's prowess earned him the title of an All-American player. His unwavering dedication extended beyond the sports arena to the proud service as a Marine, embodying the values of honor and commitment.

Vincent's creative genius manifested in the birth of multiple successful businesses, each a testament to his vision and tenacity. His love for family, especially his cherished grandchildren, radiated warmth that became the heart of his legacy. A family man through and through, his bond with his Family and Friends was a source of joy and strength, a connection that transcended time and circumstance.

Vincent’s passion for the decriminalization of Marijuana parlayed into his vision of honoring those pioneers that blazed the trial before him when he founded the Cannabis/Marijuana Hall of Fame, a pioneering venture that not only mirrored his entrepreneurial spirit but also marked his commitment to pushing boundaries and embracing the evolving landscape of business and culture.

Siblings: Erskine Norment, Ronald Norment, Calvin Norment, Renee Norment, Kevin Norment, Brian Norment, Michael Norment, Helen Norment (White) & Ellen Norment(Sailes).
